KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DI DESA SABAH BALAU

One of the main tasks that is very crucial for government to guarantee quality public services citizens. Therefore, agencies are often referred as "public servants" or services". In providing community, there still many service implementing employees who do not understand how important residents and have been fully implemented properly. The purpose this research administration in Sabah Balau Village, Tanjung Bintang District, South Lampung Regency. This study uses qualitative methods, where has a descriptive nature. findings from indicate community at Village office point view five dimensions affect administrative services, two aspects run optimally.
